Weekly Maintenance - Microsoft recommends that certain tasks are done on a weekly maintenance to keep your machine running fast and smooth. Some of those include, Disk Defrags, Optimizing Files on the Disk, Installing needed updates, and checking your hard disk for errors. With weekly maintenance, 825 Technologies take care of all of that for you. And then we take it a step further and clean up your unnecessary internet files and check your event logs for major errors. These simple preventative actions help keep your computer running faster and healthier!
Anti-Virus - Powered by the powerful Kaspersky Labs antivirus engine, 825 Technologies Antivirus for Windows Workstations provides complete protection on networks and beyond from potentially dangerous programs and network virus attacks.
Anti-Malware - Networks face a variety of threats day in and day out. Some of those threats require a specialized tool to identify, analyze, and remediate. 825 Technologies Antimalware, powered by Malwarebytes, is a powerful, simple, and effective anti-malware application to keep network threats at bay.

Phone Support - For some people email communication is not their cup of tea, they need a more personal touch. With phone support you can call our toll-free number and speak to a member of our staff located in Ohio.
Pay as you go rates:
Email support - $5/per occurrence + $25/hr service
Phone support - $10/per occurrence + $25/hr service
- Service is billable after 15 minutes and billed at a minimum of 1 hour.
Response Time
We promise a two hour response time, anytime between the hours of 830am-5pm EST Monday-Friday.
