Logmein Pro Remote Access – We utilize the best remote software that is available! You get all the benefits and a huge cost savings!
Regular Maintenance – we developed an awesome set of procedures that help keep your computer running smoothly and securely. We apply the procedures to all your machines on a twice a week basis to make sure your IT investment is performing at its best. Think of it as an oil change for your computer!
Monitoring and Remediation – We watch critical logs of your machine in real-time. When an error occurs, we know about it and try to fix it without it affecting your work. If needed, we will contact you and schedule time to get the error resolved. On top of logs, we also have a series of proprietary tests that we perform to help predict failures before they happen – further reducing your downtime and IT costs!
